Founders Lou and Elizabeth Locricchio will oversee brand management (menu, design, and overall message). Each location will be individually owned and operated by a private franchisee. The Locricchios are offering franchises for a fee of $27,000 and start-up costs will range from $150,000 to $400,000. [EaterWire]
