What Now, Atlanta reports that Jonathan St. Hilaire is closing Bakeshop and focusing on two projects to be announced by 2012. The Midtown bakery/cafe will be replaced by Florida-based Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, in partnership with Ruby Tuesday Inc. (also taking over the Johnny Rockets' space in Buckhead). St. Hilaire promises that Bakeshop's breads and pastries will still be available around Atlanta after the location's closing. According to Bakeshop's Facebook page, St. Hilaire says: "I was trying to figure out how to manage Bakeshop's rapidly growing wholesale business within my current space constraints. I can't release any details on the two things I'm working on now, but hope to by the end of the year."
