Chef-owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison have announced that Tyler Williams, who previously worked at Bacchanalia, will now step into the role of executive chef at Abattoir. He will replace former executive chef and partner Joshua Hopkins, who left in late November. In the official press release, Quatrano has this to say about Williams' promotion:
"Tyler has been an integral part of our team, and we are eager to watch Abattoir flourish with him as executive chef. He is extremely dedicated to creating a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for our guests while sharing our passion for fresh ingredients. We are very excited to start a new year with his advancement."No word yet on where Joshua Hopkins has landed.
