2) Also on the Westside: The highly anticipated brick-and-mortar from Spice Route Supper Club chef Asha Gomez is set to open January 2, 2012, according to Atlanta Magazine's Covered Dish. Cardamom Hill will focus on the cuisine of Kerala, India, and feature a daily-changing menu of meat- and vegetable-based dishes inspired by Gomez's upbringing in the southwestern-most state. 3) Atlantic Station: Irish pub Meehan’s Public House will move in between Cafe Nineteen and Z Gallerie, confirms What Now, Atlanta. The Atlantic Station restaurant will be 101 Concepts' fourth Meehan's, in addition to locations in Sandy Springs, Vinings, and Downtown. [PLYWOOD]
4) Sandy Springs: Burlington, Vermont-based Bruegger’s Bagels is planning to open its first metro Atlanta location, reports the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The bagel chain's been looking to enter Atlanta for at least two years and plans to open the Powers Ferry Road store by early 2012. [PLYWOOD]
