Chef Hugh Acheson stopped by The Nate Berkus Show, talked a little Top Chef talk, then got down to business making a recipe from his new cookbook, "A New Turn in the South: Southern Flavors Reinvented for Your Kitchen." Watch him make a holiday-friendly soup of black-eyed peas, mustard greens, tomato, and ham hock (which Nate mistakes for a scary foot). Also, cornbread croutons get tweezed. Hilarity ensues.
