Haute Doggery Opening Pushed Out To Fall

New, 6 comments

We've received a tip from an anonymous - but extremely credible - source that fans will have to wait a little longer to sink their teeth into chef Richard Blais' haute dogs. HD, which stands for Haute Doggery (he confirmed the name while sitting down with Eater National at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen), was scheduled to open this summer, but the opening has purportedly been pushed out to fall due to "parking permit issues raised by the surrounding neighborhood." For those of you just dying for a taste of what Haute Doggery will offer, Blais was recently on Good Morning America showing George Stephanopoulos how to make haute dogs.
