The Institute for Justice has filed a lawsuit against The City of Atlanta concerning its new vending laws on behalf of street vendors, Larry Miller and Stanley Hambrick, according to Jon Watson of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Although the two vendors do not exclusively sell food (they sell snacks and Braves merchandise outside of Turner Field), the results of the action could have a big effect on our burgeoning food truck scene, which has experienced its fair share of growing pains. The video below was crafted by The Institute for Justice to better explain the situation. It's worth watching if you're a fan of street food or just a concerned citizen.
