Bill Addison of Atlanta Magazine reports that chef Tomohiro Naito is closing Tomo in Vinings to focus on his Buckhead opening, which is slated to open at the end of August. Addison reports that Naito had "been searching for enough kitchen talent to man both restaurants, and when he couldn’t find it he made the difficult decision to leave Vinings." This has been a growing problem for many sushi chefs around Atlanta who have been unable to find qualified manpower due to stricter immigration laws. [Atlanta Magazine]
