As we've mentioned before, the race for the available retail spaces at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (one of busiest airports in the world) has been a hush-hush - but hot - topic amongst the Atlanta culinary crowd. OTG Management, an award-winning airport food & beverage operator with more than 134 restaurants and eateries in nine airports, including JFK, LaGuardia, Boston Logan, Tucson, Washington National, Orlando, Chicago O’Hare and Philadelphia, has released the details of its proposal for Hartsfield, which they call "The Atlanta Experience," and it's beyond impressive.

OTG has brought in some serious talent such as Kevin Rathbun, Hugh Acheson, Marco Betti, Richard Blais, Myron Mixon, Dan Latham and Chris Kinjo to name a few. Andrew Zimmern and Aaron Sanchez have even partnered on a concept. Local entrepreneurs Dwayne Heard, Leon Goodrum, and others will bring national brands such as KFC Express, McDonald’s, and Jamba Juice to the table. OTG has put together a comprehensive website detailing its proposal, the people behind it and the concepts. The video the company produced with loads of local talent is the best way to digest what could be in store for Atlanta.
