The New York Times takes a look at Ponce City Market in today's edition. The large building, which housed a Sears and City Hall East was acquired by Jamestown Properties in July and will be converted into a mixed use development like Chelsea Market in Manhattan. "We see this as being transformational for that area of Atlanta," said Ernestine Garey, the executive vice president and chief operating officer for the Atlanta Development Authority.
