Many of you may remember chef Adam Biderman from his days at Restaurant Eugene and Holeman and Finch Public House, where he was instrumental in elevating the Holeman burger to its iconic status. When Biderman left Atlanta to return to his native New Orleans, he took a little piece of the Holeman burger magic with him. Yesterday, he opened The Company Burger in New Orleans and it seems that, according to Brett Anderson of The Times-Picayune, Biderman is off to a very good start. And, by the looks of that picture, The Company Burger seems very similar to the Holeman burger. [Time-Picayune]
