Château Élan Gets Some New Blood

dsc3740-copy1.jpgChef Brandon Frohne is now the new winery chef at Château Élan, Georgia's first large winery and resort located on the outskirts of Atlanta. Frohne will oversee each of the winery's culinary outlets including Cafe Élan, Le Clos,
Paddy’s Irish Pub, and a Viking culinary studio. The young chef, who is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, also has plans to create a farm-to-table program for Château Élan. Until now, Frohne worked in Nashville and blogs often on his website: Nashville Urban Gardeners. [EaterWire]
