According to the September issue of The Hudspeth Report, Lorenzo Wyche sold RARE Soul Tapas Restaurant. The publication says: "Wyche was arrested in April for operating RARE without a liquor license and then closed it in June with a message on his website that is would reopen as another Lorenzo Wyche concept in the summer." Hudspeth also mentions that Wyche shuttered his Westside breakfast and brunch concept, The Social House, over the summer and the restaurant and the property is now listed for sale for $1,650,000.
