The Race For Hartsfield Concessions Restarted?

New, 1 comment

plane.jpgIt's back to the beginning for most of the proposals for concessions contracts at Hartsfield, according to David Pendered of The Saporta Report. the entire process for each of the 152 food and beverage proposals has been cancelled because 36% were "fatally flawed" says the city's COO Peter Aman. "The flaw concerned the vendors’ failure to submit properly completed forms that are required under state law – the Georgia Security Immigration Compliance Act of 2006, said Adam Smith, the city’s procurement director." More on the law here. OTG, whose proposal video we featured a while back, is one of the few vendors who is seemingly not at risk. [The Saporta Report]
