Mayor Kasim Reed said yesterday that he has every intention of signing the measure the Atlanta City Council passed on Tuesday regarding Sunday Sales according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Jim Galloway. "I’m going to sign it. What I’ve said all along regarding Sunday sales is that, though I am personally opposed to the measure, I’m going to respect the will of the Atlanta City Council," said Reed. The referendum will be on the November 8th ballot to allow the sale of alcohol on Sunday. [AJC]
