The Voice notes that Satterfield's "Savannah Red Rice" is included in The Lodge Cast Iron Cookbook. Satterfield offers a few tips along with the recipe: Carolina Gold rice, "sautéing the rice in fat for a good 5 minutes," and no peeking. [VV]
