Atlanta gave Asheville Farm Burger, and now the city is returning the favor by sending North Carolina-based Chai Pani to Decatur. The marketing director for the restaurant, which serves street food-style Indian fare, says that that construction will begin on the old Watershed space at 406 West Ponce de Leon Avenue next month and that Chai Pani plans to open in early 2013.
