Last night, Ford Fry let slip that his new Colonial-American style Buckhead restaurant will be named after a character from The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. Huck is probably out, so our guess is Sawyer, as in Tom, or maybe Silas, after Tom Sawyer's uncle. American lit-savvy readers suggest Grangerford, after the family that takes Huck in, as a play on the chef's name. Got a better idea? Send it through the tipline. [EaterWire]
