Art Smith is looking for an executive chef to replace Anthony Gray at Southern Art and Bourbon Bar, when Gray leaves for Coal Fired Bistro in Greenville, S.C. Smith says the ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel business, be a good multi-tasker, and be able to create banquet menus. He or she will have to audition by cooking for Smith.
