Joseph Schafer, currently the chef de cuisine at JCT Kitchen, will head the kitchen of Ford Fry's forthcoming restaurant. The executive chef's menu at King + Duke will center around wood-roasted proteins when the Colonial American restaurant opens in the former Nava space next March. [AJC]
