PERIMETERFleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has created a new boutique wine that will be available in the restaurant starting November 1. Called Forty-Six Diamonds, it is a 2009 Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon. It costs $75. [EaterWire]
