Life after Top Chef premieres today. The new series from Bravo, featuring Atlanta's very own cheftestapant/restaurateur Richard Blais (currently of Flip Burger, HD1, and, most recently, The Spence, which opened during filming of the show), will air on Bravo, starting at 10 p.m. tonight with an episode in which "construction is just beginning" on Blais's newest restaurant.
