This is Southern Art executive chef and future Top Chef cheftestapant Anthony Gray's last week at the Buckhead eatery. He's headed home to South Carolina, where he'll helm the kitchen at Greenville's Coal Fired Bistro and, soon, will open his own restaurant and charcuterie shop, which will have everything from a breakfast menu to a barbecue pit with whole pig roasts.
