Virginia Highland's American Roadhouse has a new owner. Emile Blau, previously a general manager at Bones, bought the restaurant but plans to keep the name and the menu. The North Highland location of American Roadhouse opened in 1989. The seller, Ed Udoff will continue to operate the downtown location of the restaurant, which opened earlier this year in the Pencil Factory lofts. [ABC]
