Q: What was the best dining neighborhood NY in 2012?

Jimmy Sobeck, Eat It Atlanta: Old Fourth Ward; Most improved, at least.

Jennifer Zyman, the Blissful Glutton: For me, it's always Duluth because Korean is my favorite cuisine. I wish I lived closer because I could easily eat Korean for every meal.
