Fear not, hungry OTP-ers, because a second Salt Factory Pub is coming, and it too will be outside city limits. The restaurant is slated to open in late February of next year on Alpharetta's South Main Street with 90 seats, patio dining, and— because what restaurant is complete without one— an outdoor bocce court. It's replacing Tifosi Gastropub, which shuttered last year.
This Salt Factory Pub will be the first Alpharetta project and the fourth joint venture between restaurateurs Hicham Azhari and Fikret Kovac and corporate executive chef Bob McDonough, who have clearly decided to issue an OTP takeover— the team also runs the Canton Street Salt Factory Pub as well as INC Street Food and Little Alley Steak, all of which are in downtown Roswell. Place bets as to whether their next restaurant will be in East Cobb or Johns Creek in the comments.
