Here's an interesting interview with Steak Shapiro, the host of Atlanta Eats. Shapiro, apparently, has aspirations that the show will turn into Atlanta-centric Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives/Anthony Bourdain/Man vs. Food mashup, although it's safe to assume that he doesn't want everything that comes along with that fame.
