Rapper Fabolous spent $28,000 at Diamonds, the new strip club (formerly Body Tap) off Northside Drive Wednesday evening, where V103 radio personality Kenny Burns was throwing a party. Also in attendance: comedian Kevin Hart, who contributed $7,000 of his own for an up-close-and-personal bootylicious "dance."
