This month, a Top Chef alum quietly took the reins for the Cakes and Ale Bakery team. Chef Eric Wolitzky comes to Cakes & Ale from Baked in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Featured on the 2010 season of “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” Wolitzky was known as a proficient baker while competing on the show.
