Kevin Gillespie NOT Leaving Woodfire Grill

Contrary to rumor, Kevin Gillespie of Woodfire Grill (and Top Chef) fame is not leaving the restaurant. After Woodfire Grill recently made some organizational changes, it left some wondering if his departure was imminent. According to AJC Food And More, Gillespie’s PR firm stated that he’s no longer an owner but “continues to play an integral role at the restaurant.” Gillespie will remain in the kitchen with chef de cuisine EJ Hodgkinson, and Nick Quinones and Bernard Moussa stay as owners, with no changes planned.
