Accomplished chef and James Beard nominee Suvir Saran will be making an appearance at Cook’s Warehouse in Midtown on April 5 from 7:00-9:00 PM. He’ll be conducting a demonstration and class from his new cookbook, Masala Farm. Fans of Saran can expect faithful renditions of some of his tastiest recipes, including tamarind chicken wings, roasted manchurian cauliflower, and Almost-Flourless Caramel-Lacquered Chocolate-Peanut Torte.
