Pop-Up Chef Series Starts April 5 in Midtown

Atlantans will be able to sample the creations of famed local chefs like Shaun Doty and Jay Swift without going to their restaurants with the Pop-Up Chef Series at 999 Peachtree Plaza starting April 5. Every Thursday through July 26, a different chef will be at the plaza outside Empire State South from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., serving lunch bites ranging from $3 to $12.

The series, which is held in coordination with Midtown’s Street Food Thursdays, released the following schedule, which of course is subject to change:

April 5 – Anne Quatrano, of Bacchanalia, Star Provisions, Floataway Café, Abattoir
April 19 – Joseph Ward of H. Harper Station
April 26 – Steven Herman of Haven
May 10 – Ryan Smith of Empire State South
May 24 – Matt Swickerwath of Valenza
May 31 – Jay Swift of 4th & Swift
June 7 – David Waller of Taqueria del Sol
June 28 – Zeb Stevenson of Livingston
July 26 – Shaun Doty of YEAH! Burger
