Del Taco, Colbeh Persian Kitchen, and More Coming Soon

1) Kennesaw: California-based taco chain, Del Taco is increasing their presence in Georgia with several new locations. First up, a branch scheduled to open early next month on Chastain Road. [PLYWOOD]

2) Buckhead: According to What Now Atlanta, Hooters' competitor Twin Peaks is making progress on their previously announced Buckhead location. They are applying for a building permit to begin construction on their first Georgia location. The chain plans to open in Tower Place at 3365 Piedmont Road. [PLYWOOD]

3) Douglasville: North Carolina-based biscuit chain Bojangles is fulfilling its promise to increase presence in Georgia. Bojangles will soon take over a former El Pollo Loco restaurant in Douglasville, and is also in construction for a restaurant in Villa Rica. [PLYWOOD]

4) Decatur: A Blogger reports that Colbeh Persian Kitchen and Bar will be soft opening this week. The restaurant is located in the former Zucca space at 123 E Court Square. Check out more of their progress here. [PLYWOOD]
