At 11 AM today Atlanta's newest food truck, the Rouxd Food Truck, will launch at 12th and Peachtree in Midtown. They'll be serving fried handheld pies like Jamaican beef pie, Cajun shrimp pie, and Cajun ratatouille pie as well as Georgia rock shrimp etouffee and red beans and rice with artisanal andouille sausage.
