Tickets are on sale now for entrance to the Friends of Dogwood Pavilion tasting event during the Dogwood Festival April 20 and April 21. Held in the Greystone event facility overlooking Lake Clara Meer, the Friends of Dogwood Pavilion houses tastes from hot restaurants all over Atlanta—plus sangria, beer and wine.
Held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. both festival days, the sampling event provides a respite from the heat and crowds, a way to fill up for those who don’t have a taste for typical festival food, and a way to try new restaurants.
This year’s lineup includes: 5 Napkin Burger, Anis Bistro, Babette's Café, Barrelhouse, Cabot Creamery, Eclipse di Luna, Genki, Gladys Knight’s Chicken & Waffles, Graveyard Tavern, Honey Suckle Gelato, Johnny Rockets, The Melting Pot, PEASANT Bistro, Pitty Pat’s Porch, RA Sushi, Spoon, Time to Dine, Twisted Taco, Uncle Maddio’s and Savida Sangria.
Unlike Taste of Atlanta, at the Friends of Dogwood Pavilion, there are no food tickets. Attendees enjoy unlimited “tastes” (within reason, of course). Single-day tickets cost $25 in advance and $35 at the door. Admission with open bar costs $54 in advance and $60 at the door.
