The people behind the collection of restaurants at the Atlantic Station—which will soon include Yard House, Meehan's Public House, and BGR— are looking to add yet another entity to the mix. Reps announce they are now accepting applications for a pop-up restaurant in the former Grape space on the corner of 19th Street and West District Street. The temporary 2,464 foot space includes patio space and indoor dining, as well as a full kitchen. The goal is to have a new start-up project, one without enough funds for a permanent space, to get off the ground here in time for the Atlanta Tennis Championships on July 14. It's unclear how long the new tenant will stay. There's no set end date on the deal, but marketing director Liz Gillespie notes, "This could become a permanent food exhibit or simply a one-month opportunity to capitalize on the significant daily flow of guests planned for the Atlanta Tennis Championships."
Applications can be downloaded here and are due on April 23.
