Five new Yogli Mogli stores are opening in Georgia in 2012, reports Atlanta Business Chronicle. Founder Roi Shlomo started his frozen yogurt concept with a shop in Sandy Springs in 2009, and as of right now 18 of the 19 stores are located in Georgia. The newest Atlanta location will open in Atlantic Station on April 28 in the former Cold Stone Creamery space, followed by one in the Town Center Mall food court within the next eight weeks. Look for new shops in Columbus, Hiram, and Sugar Hill soon and for expansion in Illinois and Philadelphia by the end of the year.
The chain was awarded Best Frozen Yogurt in the Best of Atlanta 2012. Shlomo says the most popular flavor is cookies and cream, but other favorites include New York cheesecake, cake batter, red velvet, and pistachio. This year, Yogli Mogli will also introduce a line of Greek yogurt and new toppings such as animal crackers.
