When seasons change, new dishes emerge. Atlanta restaurants are revamping their menus for the warmer weather and showcasing fresh flavors, brightly-colored produce, and healthier fare.

Every dish at Season 52 is under 475 calories, and their new spring menu focuses on heart-healthy meals with positive lifestyle benefits. Items include artichoke-stuffed artichoke leaves, a farmers market vegetable plate featuring spicy snow peas and shiitake mushrooms, and cedar plank roasted salmon. There are vegan, low sodium, and gluten- and lactose-free menus available as well. Seasons 52 has Atlanta locations at Buckhead and Perimeter.

Wisteria revealed their spring menu recently as well. The Inman Park restaurant has everything from crab bisque with goat cheese crème fraîche and chilled organic baby carrot and ginger soups to grilled coriander-crusted Atlantic salmon on a bed of frisee salad, apples, curry candied pistachios, egg, and dilled lime crema on tap for diners this season.

A bit ahead of the game, South City Kitchen in Vinings has summer brunch and dinner menus up already. Southern seafood lovers will find plenty of options like Charleston she-crab soup, shrimp and grits, crispy catfish, and jumbo lump crab cake hash here, while others may be interested in the grilled chicken livers, fried green tomatoes, or summer salad of local strawberries, goat cheese, arugula, almonds, and sorghum syrup.
