A creation of Bocado’s Brian Lewis with Joshua Hopkins (Abattoir) and Adam Waller (Sotto Sotto) in the kitchen, STG Trattoria opened in Buckhead last night. Located on West Paces, STG serves Neapolitan pizza baked in 5,000-pound Acunto ovens (think Antico), plus pastas and more.
Bocado bartender David Durnell creates cocktails like Aperol Orange, Cynar Lime, Barolo Ginger, Reviver Pop and more. Wine is sold by the bottle (at the counter) and by the carafe (wine on tap). The entrance to the restaurant’s dining room is a wine cellar, so diners can browse the bottles before purchasing.
STG Trattoria is open for dinner (reservations only) now through Sunday. Starting Monday, April 16, the restaurant will be open for lunch as well.
