Lunch Specials at Bangkok Thyme, Terrapin and Sweet Grass Team Up and More

Considering it's comprised of a Thai coconut soup or salad with Thai dressing, plus cucumber salad, pad Thai, sushi, edamame and jasmine rice, it's possible that could be considered quick.
