Renovations at the AMC in Phipps Plaza include the installation of a bar and a new concessions area, reports Atlanta Business Chronicle. The redesigned concession concept, called the Marketplace, allows patrons to pick up what they want to eat from different stations, then pay at the checkout area in a "grab and go" format. Moviegoers will also be allowed to take beer, wine, and cocktails from the bar into the theatres. [ABC]
