A new speakeasy called Proof & Provision will open in the Georgian Terrace early next month, reports the AJC. Chef Zeb Stevenson of Livingston Restaurant and Bar will head the kitchen and says that the menu will be composed of "standard tapas with high-quality ingredients." Dishes like deviled eggs, chicken liver mousse, hot pretzels with mustard and cheese sauce, and gourmet pigs in a blanket are "designed to complement the restaurant's beverage program, [which features] barrel-aged cocktails."
