The Well-Seasoned Chef Series kicked off at the Atlanta Botanical Garden last night with Drew Belline of No. 246 cooking up a four-course tasting menu using produce harvested from the Edible Garden on the premises. The event, which costs $115 per person (including wine pairings) for one night or $650 to attend six sessions, runs the first, second and third Tuesday of each month from May through October.
The lineup includes such household names as Kevin Rathbun (Rathbuns, Kevin Rathbun Steak and Krog Bar), Kevin Gillespie (Woodfire Grill), Steven Satterfield (Miller Union), Linton Hopkins (Restaurant Eugene and Holeman & Finch Public House) and Carvel Grant Gould (Canoe).
