Doty Leaves Yeah! Burger, Focuses on Bantam & Biddy

Today, Yeah! Burger confirmed via Twitter that co-founder Shaun Doty is no longer with the burger joint. He left to focus on fast-casual chicken concept, Bantam & Biddy, which opens this fall in Ansley Mall.

The tweet said that the restaurant-chef split was amicable and that Yeah! Burger "wishes [Doty] the best with his new endeavors." Doty opened Yeah! Burger in the summer of 2010 with partner Erik Maier and closed his fine dining concept Shaun's shortly thereafter. Bantam & Biddy will start serving its free-range rotisserie chicken in September.
