A creation of Chef Richard Wilt (Little Alley Steak, INC. Street Food, Salt Factory), Century House Tavern is now open in Woodstock. Set in a 118-year-old converted home, the restaurant serves "upscale comfort food" and turn-of-the-century cocktails focused on whiskey, bourbon, rye and moonshine. Numerous ingredients are sourced locally, including cheese from CalyRoad Creamery in Sandy Springs and chicken from Spring Mountain Farms in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Century House serves lunch and dinner, with indoor seating as well as on the outdoor "dining garden."
