Watch the Buildout of the Oyster Bar at the Optimist in Three Minutes

The Optimist and its little sister, The Oyster Bar at The Optimist, opened this week in West Midtown. Here's a time-lapse video in which photographer Andrew Thomas Lee set up his camera to take a picture every minute of every day from March 30 to May 5 during the buildout of the Oyster Bar.
