1) Old Fourth Ward: Two brothers who previously worked for Antico Equity Group LLC, which bought development rights to Antico Pizza Napoletana, plan to open a new pizzeria in mid-June. Atlanta Business Chronicle announces that the eatery will be called Ammazza. Located on Edgewood Avenue, it will feature Neapolitan techniques similar to those at Antico, like wood-burning ovens but will also focus on local ingredients, make mozzarella in-house, and serve beer. 2) Westside: Quick-serve dim sum restaurant Yum Bunz plans to open on Marietta Street in mid-October. What Now, Atlanta reports that the concept from Mike Blum of the Real Chow Baby and Miso Izakaya's Guy Wong will specialize in "fluffy Chinese buns stuffed with barbecued roast pork and other fillings" called Bao. 3) Peachtree Corners: A new Corner Bakery Cafe opens June 4 on Peachtree Parkway. Peachtree Corners Patch reports that this will be the fourth metro Atlanta location and the only one outside of the perimeter.
