1) Buckhead: East Paces Tavern opened last Saturday in the former Abbadabba's space on East Paces Ferry, announces Tomorrow's News Today. The menu is traditional American with offerings like burgers and sandwiches. [CERTIFIED OPEN]
2) Midtown: Japanese/Korean restaurant Kiri will open in Midtown Promenade on Monroe Drive, reports Atlanta Business Chronicle. The eatery will take over the space previously occupied by Vietnamese eatery NAM. [PLYWOOD]
3) Midtown: ABC also announces that Italian restaurant La Tagliatella signed a lease to take over the spot that formerly housed Silk in the Metropolis building. Atlanta will be the first US city to get the restaurant, which will also open a location in the Emory Point development this year. [PLYWOOD]
4) Midtown: Another Starbucks opened in Atlanta this week, this one on Ponce de Leon Avenue. The location is LEED certified, has a Clover machine, and says that it's the largest cafe in the city. [CERTIFIED OPEN]
