We're not sure how they feel about being lumped in with California chain In-N-Out Burger and New York's Shake Shack, but Holeman & Finch and Farm Burger made the Food and Wine list of best burgers in the US. Chef Linton Hopkins's limited-quantity double patty with cheese sells out consistently, and Farm Burger's build-your-own options, which include roasted bone marrow and oxtail marmalade, add unique twists to the grass-fed, locally-sourced farm-to-table meat.
