The chef claims Community Q has the best barbecue in town and mac and cheese that can't be missed. He also insists it's worth the trek out to BuHi for roast pork and Chinese broccoli at Ming BBQ and lets readers in on Shoya Izakaya, a Japanese restaurant about which he says "you have to be in the know to go."
